Karate or Taekwondo?
Many parents search for karate classes, and that's a great place to start. Karate and taekwondo are both traditional martial arts that build confidence, focus, discipline and self defence.
We teach taekwondo, which is known for its kicking techniques, energy and fitness. Kids love it, and most parents find it's exactly what they were looking for. Come and try a free class to see for yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the first class really free?
Yes. Your first class is free, with no obligation to continue.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There's no joining fee. After the free trial, training is a monthly fee that depends on the program and how many classes a week your child does. Call us for current prices.
What age can my child start?
We have Little Kids and Big Kids programs, plus classes for teens and adults. Tell us your child's age when you book and we'll recommend the right class.
My child is shy. Will they cope?
Most of our students started out knowing nobody. Classes are structured, instructors are patient, and new students join regularly, so shy kids settle in quickly.
Is martial arts safe for kids?
Yes. Classes are run by certified instructors and focus on control, respect and technique. Self defence is taught for protection, never for picking fights.
What should we bring to the first class?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle. No uniform is needed to start.
How often should a beginner train?
Once or twice a week is a great start. Regular training matters more than a heavy schedule.
